MiniTime — Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the “MiniTime” mobile application (the “App”) provided by Stannum (“Company”).

2. Effect and Modification of Terms

• These Terms take effect once published within the App or on the official website.
• The Company may amend these Terms in compliance with applicable laws and will notify users of significant changes through appropriate channels.

3. Service Description

• The App provides a simple timer function that stores settings locally on your device via UserDefaults.
• The App does not require account creation, server synchronization, or use any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

4. In-App Purchases

• The App offers a one-time in-app purchase to permanently unlock certain premium features (e.g., unlimited timer creation, customization options).
• All payments are processed through your Apple account, and previously purchased items can be restored through Apple’s restore feature.
• Prices and available features may change according to App Store policies or Company policy.

5. User Obligations

• Users must comply with applicable laws and these Terms and shall not interfere with the normal operation of the App.
• Reverse engineering, illegal copying, unauthorized distribution, or any other infringement of the Company’s rights is strictly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Company. Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute any materials from the App without the prior written consent of the Company.

7. Disclaimer

• The App is provided “as is,” without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
• The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from causes beyond its control, such as natural disasters, App Store or OS policy changes, or other force majeure events.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be brought before a competent court under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.
