Quick Help / FAQ
How do I restore my purchase?
- Open MiniTime → Settings.
- Tap Restore Purchases and sign in with the Apple ID you used to buy MiniTime Pro.
- After a moment, Pro should be re-enabled. If you still don’t see Pro, force-quit and reopen the app.
Note: Restores work only with the same Apple ID that originally purchased MiniTime Pro.
I see only up to 3 timers. Is that normal?
Yes. The free version lets you create up to three timers. MiniTime Pro unlocks unlimited timers and additional options.
I can’t hear the alert sound.
- Check your device volume and Silent Mode.
- In MiniTime, make sure Mute is off for the timer.
- Confirm Focus or Do Not Disturb isn’t silencing notifications.
App crashes or doesn’t respond.
- Update to the latest iOS and the latest MiniTime version.
- Reboot your device.
- If the issue persists, email us with steps to reproduce and your device/iOS version.

Refunds
App purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit Apple’s Report a Problem portal and follow the instructions.
